What our customer’s say about us
"I was staying in Korea on a G-1 visa for treatment after a car accident, and as the visa expiry date approached, I sought consultation on possible extension or change of status. I learned that changing to a G-1-10 visa allows for up to one year of extension if long-term treatment is necessary, and was advised on specific documents needed (such as a medical certificate). However, I was also told that changing directly to a work visa in my current situation is not possible. If I want to work, I must leave Korea after treatment and be re-invited under a new visa. Though not an easy solution, the consultation provided clarity on what's possible and helped me avoid unnecessary trial and error. Very helpful for those in complex situations."

"I originally came to Korea on an F-4 visa and later switched to an F-6-1 visa through marriage to a Korean citizen. I consulted on how to transition to permanent residency (F-5). The advisor clearly explained the different eligibility criteria for F-4 to F-5-6 and F-6-1 to F-5-2 transitions. I found it especially helpful to learn that simply being married is not enough for F-5-2 application — you need to meet requirements like minimum annual income (approx. 49.95 million KRW), completion of the social integration program, and no criminal or tax records. Although it's not easy to apply immediately, I was able to clarify the standards and get on the right path for preparation."

"As my marriage with my Korean spouse became difficult, I consulted to see if I could switch from F-6 to F-5-2. I learned that divorce alone isn't enough — I must prove that I was not at fault. Since mutual divorce doesn’t provide court judgment, I was told I may need to present records like domestic violence reports or counseling records. If the divorce is through a lawsuit, it's favorable to have the Korean spouse’s fault clearly stated in the court decision. I also received guidance on fulfilling the income and social integration program requirements. Although the process isn't easy, it was essential and informative for someone in a complicated situation like mine."

Russia, Change of visa status as a divorced (marriage breakdown) spouse
"As I prepared to start a business in Korea, I was confused about the conditions for D-8 startup and investment visas. This consultation helped me understand the overall structure clearly. I learned about the differences between D-8-1 and D-8-4 visas, the minimum requirements for a foreigner to establish a corporation, the necessary capital, office requirements, business registration steps, and evaluation criteria for investor immigration. It was especially helpful to receive detailed explanations on practical aspects like having a minimum capital of 100 million KRW, having an offline office, and how to construct a convincing business plan. The guidance also included examples of successful applications and a list of permitted and restricted business types. I now feel much more confident in preparing for both company formation and the visa process. This consultation is highly recommended for foreigners planning to start a business or seeking long-term stay options in Korea."

Russia, D-8-4 (Startup Visa)
"As a French designer aiming to start a business in Korea, I lacked information on visa requirements and corporation registration. Through the consultation, I learned all the steps from D-8-1 visa eligibility to corporation registration, account setup, capital deposit, and visa application. I found it particularly helpful to be clearly informed about local office rental requirements, minimum capital (100 million KRW), and foreign representative registration. I also appreciated the detailed guidance on constructing a viable business plan and avoiding common issues during the visa evaluation process (such as proving business sustainability and source of funds). The consultation was easy to follow from a foreigner’s perspective and included a practical checklist and application flow. It felt like more than a document prep service — it was genuine consulting that empowers foreigners to succeed in Korea. Highly recommended for foreigners preparing to set up a business and apply for the D-8 visa."

"I had been working in Korea on an E-9 visa for several years and wanted to switch to an E-7 professional visa for better job conditions. During the consultation, I was clearly informed about the necessary requirements, such as having a relevant educational background, professional qualifications, and job experience. Even with an employment contract, I learned that the job must fall under the Ministry of Justice's designated occupations for E-7. I also discovered that the company's size and stability affect visa evaluation. The most helpful part was the realistic advice that changing visa types without leaving Korea is very difficult unless the applicant meets all conditions and has a clear job offer. I realized I still need to prepare more and now have a clear direction thanks to this consultation."

Bangladesh, E-9 → E-7 (Professional employment)
"Due to company circumstances, I was considering changing my workplace. I learned that under the E-9 visa, job changes are strictly regulated and only allowed in unavoidable cases like factory closure or wage arrears. I was also informed of requirements such as employment change notification, prior approval from my home country, employer’s recommendation, and minimum 1 year of work. This consultation provided valuable and realistic guidance for E-9 workers."

"After working over 4 years in Korea on an E-9 visa, I considered switching to an E-7-4 skilled employment visa. I learned about the eligibility conditions such as minimum annual income (26 million KRW), regular national insurance payments, and experience in technical fields. The consultant also explained the point system (minimum 52 points required) and how to prepare for it. With a detailed explanation of employer contracts, required documents, and expected processing time (1–2 months), I now clearly understand how to proceed. I recommend this consultation for anyone looking to transition from E-9 to a better visa."

Indonesia, E-9 → E-7-4 (Skilled employment)
"As a UI/UX designer, I consulted on changing to an E-7 visa. I found that my occupation (code 285) falls under E-7-1 and that I need either a related bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of experience or at least 5 years of relevant experience. I also learned the importance of employer documents (employment permit, tax documents, etc.) and salary criteria (at least 80% of GNI). I received clear guidance on the eligibility and document preparation, which helped me set a realistic plan. Very helpful consultation for designers preparing for E-7 visa applications."
